Old is gold - one of my first building remastered to the C4D 2024.4 + Redshift 3.6

Latest version is the Office_Building_TheArrow_SUNNY_C4D.c4d
Additional format:- FBX, OBJ, ABC, BLEND, MAX, UNREAL
Unreal Engie MAY REQUIRE Cinewere By Maxon Plugin installed to correctly display some materials
Grass is not included but you can get it here, check my profle for CGrass 2.0 :)
Polycount in the fbx/obj is about 220000. C4D is less due to instancing all the repetitice meshes.
