The scene was created in 3d max and Corona render. There are 2 archives. One archive contains a daytime scene, and the other a nighttime one. All textures are inside the archive, as are all the camera and light settings in the scene. Landscaping is done using chaos scatter. No additional plugins are required (except for floor generator and multitexture) Successful projects to all!
